CYSTAID®
CYSTAID® is a nutritional supplement for cats to support the management of lower urinary tract function in cats and help maintain a healthy bladder.
CYSTAID® also contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which can help support a calm, normal composure in cats, with antioxidant curcumin, folate and vitamin D.
CYSTAID® is available in sprinkle capsules, which can be given easily to cats by sprinkling on food.
Pack Size: CYSTAID® is available in packs of 180 sprinkle capsules, with six inner boxes of 30 sprinkle capsules.
Information on Bladder Health
Your cat cannot tell you if they have trouble when they urinate. We would always recommend speaking to your veterinarian for further advice, if you notice: Blood in your cat's urine More frequent visits to the litter tray Your cat appears difficulty when they are urinating They begin urinating small amounts in unusual places, such as the sink or bath. Their normal behaviour is altered Your cat starts to over groom, especially on their belly or around their back end.
How can CYSTAID® support my pet?
CYSTAID® contains N-Acetyl Glucosamine, which helps to support bladder health by maintaining the glycosaminoglycan layer that lines and protects the bladder mucosa. It also contains L-tryptophan which can help support a calm, normal composure in cats.
Why does my vet recommend CYSTAID®?
CYSTAID® contains NAG, which is a key ingredient to support bladder wall health. Your vet may recommend it, alongside other options, such as pharmaceuticals or diet changes, to help provide full support for your cat. CYSTAID® is a palatable product and capsules can be opened and the powder inside mixed with food.

How to give CYSTAID®
Initially give two capsules per day (one morning and one evening) for three - four weeks and then one capsule per day thereafter. Capsules can be opened and sprinkled on to food or given whole.
