This can lead to itching, redness, hair loss, ear problems, dull coat, dry skin or dandruff. When your pet's skin and coat are exposed to dirt, dust, pollen, moisture and other environmental material, gentle bathing can help remove these substances and keep the surface of the skin and coat clean. COATEX® Aloe & Oatmeal Shampoo combines gentle cleansing with topical moisturising and conditioning support for both dogs and cats. The formulation contains Aloe vera, Oatmeal and glycerine. These ingredients are included in this gentle skin-care product to provide moisturising, soothing and conditioning support. This makes COATEX® Aloe & Oatmeal Shampoo suitable for pets that require more than basic cleansing but do not necessarily need a medicated shampoo, in cases such as: • Normal skin • Sensitive skin • Dry and itchy skin The shampoo helps removes excess skin oils, dirt, loose hairs and has soothing and moisturising properties to keep your pet clean and smelling fresh.

Pet shampoos differ in their pH, cleansing agents, fragrance and additional skin-support ingredients. Products formulated for people may not be suitable for pets because human and animal skin differ in structure and pH. A shampoo specifically formulated for dogs and cats is therefore preferable.
